Meet Our Team
Danielle, Owner
Hi! Im Danielle and I am the founder and owner of Monadnock Labradoodles an I live with my son Benjamin here in New Boston, NH where all our puppies are raised.
From a very young age I had a love for the care of animals and a desire to
create a business of my own. I had spent many years in the medical field and was visiting my aunt and uncle out in California when they just purchased an Australian Labradoodle. We spent a few days traveling with her new love and everywhere we went this dog adapted so well and people were so drawn to her. I knew then there was something special about this breed. I started extensively researching breeding, the ALD and genetics. It didn’t take very long before I was convinced that breeding Australian Labradoodles was something I wanted to do. I purchased Emma my foundation girl and in February of 2018, I whelped my first litter. Since then I have done my utmost to improve and represent the breed with integrity and pride.
I love that almost 6 years later I can honestly say that I have put my heart and soul into my dogs and practices and I think that comes thru in every puppy I place with a family.
Triss, Operations Coordinator
Triss adopted Piper, a puppy from our first litter 5 years ago and instantly fell in love with the breed. We stayed in touch and when I started looking for help with the day to day operations, she reached out. With her work ethic, caring nature and nursing background I couldn’t have picked a better person to work beside. She has become the backbone of the business and a wonderful friend.
Triss lives in Litchfield with her husband and two kids. She also happens to be our stud muffin Moose’s guardian!
Ashley, Administrative Assistant
Ashley and I met during covid at a moms group and from day one she was interested in the business. To say Ashley is in love with dogs is an understatement! Ashley obtained her graduate degree in Urban Sustainability and is now a stay at home mom to her daughter Scarlet and is expecting her second child this winter. Ashley’s professionalism, as well as her warm and inviting personality, helps our customers feel taken care of and confident in a smooth adoption process. Ashley also dog sits for many of our guardian dogs to get her “second dog fix”! She lives in Bedford with her family and Goldendoodle, Willow.
